All of this prejudice is hurting my feelings
people are beautiful, regardless of their image
bursting with brilliance, the internet has got us
conversing with billions and most of it is rotten
but with a click of a button discussions we come up with could actually become something so amazing
in this day and age, changing history
healing folks holistically, new generation
informed and invasive
and you can call it what you want it
we are shapeshifting spaces
and as a catalyst for love I disassemble hatred
with this revelation I'll keep on demonstrating my compassion for the people that are migrating
the problem isn't immigrants
the problem isn't differences
the problem is the ignorance
we all have different fingerprints
some have unfair privilege
we all deserve our innocence
and we all know the saying
that "we are all one"
and now is the time to actually start living it
you have conditioned racism, start admitting it
do your best to get rid of it
you have a lot of love to give so start giving it
because we need each other right now more than ever

and feed all the people
and end all this violence
and make sure the trees grow
make loud all the silence

I don't know what to do but I want to do good
want to stand up for you when there's no one looking out for people who don't perfectly fit in this game because it wasn't meant for them and isn't it a shame that people fail to see the beauty in life
connected and free is a way worth fighting for
and more positivity will bring us warmth which lightens the soul while the world gets cold
